These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made via
www.EuropaResearch.co.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with Europa Research via
the online store at www.EuropaResearch.co. By placing an order, you agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally
binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy now”
button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your cart. We will confirm
receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded when we dispatch the
goods to you and confirm dispatch by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout. We accept the payment
methods offered during the ordering process.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping details are defined in the Shipping Policy section below.
5. Intended Use of Products
All products offered in our online store are strictly intended for laboratory
research and scientific purposes only. They are not intended for human
consumption, medical, veterinary, or cosmetic use. By placing an order, the
customer confirms and agrees that the products will be used solely for lawful
research purposes. BioBoostX expressly prohibits any misuse of its products for
human application. Orders from private individuals or where misuse is suspected
may be cancelled at our discretion.
6. Liability
Europa Research assumes no liability for damages resulting from use of the
products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose as described in
Section 6. The purchaser bears full responsibility for the handling, storage, and
lawful use of the products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the
Republic of Bulgaria, excluding the CISG. Mandatory consumer protection
provisions remain unaffected.
8. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal Policy. This right does not apply
to business or institutional research orders.
9. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution
(ODR):

Europa Research does not participate in consumer arbitration procedures.

The contract language is English.
