Which shipping methods do you offer and what are the conditions?
We offer Standard Tracked Shipping and Express Delivery. Orders over €200 (or equivalent) qualify for free standard shipping. All items are shipped in discreet, temperature-stable, and tamper-evident packaging.
Do you have a minimum order value or first-time customer discounts?
There is no minimum order value. We offer a 10% discount for first-time customers using the code RESEARCH10 and a permanent 5% discount for all payments made via Cryptocurrency.
Which payment methods do you offer?

Which countries do you ship to, and what about customs?
We ship to all EU. Since our inventory is located within the European Union
(Bulgaria), there are no customs duties or inspections for orders.

Every batch is tested for identity and purity. We guarantee a minimum of >99% purity verified by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for download on each product page.
